Deze uitgave is verzorgd door de Italiaanse humanisten Laurentius Valla (1407-1457) en Omnibonus Leonicenus (1412-1474).
Overal in de marges en tussen de regels zijn Latijnse aantekeningen aangebracht, vermoedelijk van de hand van de oudst bekende eigenaar, Johannes de Vatislawia.
